I sincerely hope that those discovering my work for the first time enjoyed this book. This is my very first translated English novel, following its original release in Taiwan and Hong Kong, and marks my 33rd published novel overall.
 

The novel made its debut in Taiwan, published by Tomorrow Studio under the title The Haunting Campus. It became an instant bestseller upon release, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback. Many readers praised it as "the most terrifying novel under his pen" and "a brilliantly crafted tale based on the urban legends of Hong Kong University." A few years after its Taiwan release, an updated version titled The Cursed Chants was launched at the Hong Kong International Book Fair, sparking significant enthusiasm among local readers—especially university students at the time.
 

Here is a little secret I can share: the male protagonist of this novel, Jayden, actually crosses over into several of my later works. This is a signature feature of my storytelling—allowing different protagonists to inhabit a shared literary universe, intertwining their paths and creating dynamic cross-story interactions.
 

Having published novels in Hong Kong and Taiwan for nearly two decades, this marks both my first English-language edition and my debut release as a Kindle e-book.
